We describe ourselves as the “artisans of Monte Grappa”. We are a family-run salami maker and meat curer company with a history of over 50 years.
We have always worked with passion and professionalism, pursuing the highest artisan quality which, combined with modern technology, allows us to offer genuine products with the least amount of chemical additives such as preservatives.
Our plant was built specifically at the foot of Monte Grappa to benefit from the cool shade of the mountain. In summer, the natural coolness allows us to use less energy, as no machinery is needed to dry and season our products. Moreover, our plants use energy from 100% renewable sources.
