PANCETTA COPPATA SUPER MAGRA

The pancetta and coppa are selected with particular care, trimmed by hand to remove excess fat.

They are delicately flavored with aromatic herbs and natural spices. Enclosed in casing, they are left to age slowly. Externally, they have a clean appearance due to the white paper that wraps them. The flavor highlights the vibrancy of mature and well-balanced aromas.
